Corsair Liquid Cooler H80i V2 some questions about my temperatures

i have a 17 4790K overclocked from 4096Ghz to 4400Ghz. Before the watercooler i had an air cooler not stock and the temperatures was similar then the actuals, the difference is now i have a watercooler, so why the temperature doesn't go down as usual in the watercooled pc? on the startup i have 30 celsius, in game (counter-strike:global offensive) i can reach 45 celsius and (Grand Theft Auto 5 i reach 50 celsius more or less.. i have to say something about the termic paste.. the watercooler had some termic paste already applicated on the copper section of the cooler, and i didn't change it for no reason so i am asking to my self: is the termic paste the problem or the temperatures are normal? thanks in advance for the replies.

Normal your CPU is nice and cool. Under 65C is just fine.
