A little unsure if I'm posting this in the right category. But I just installed 3 Corsair fans, LL120 on my case. Along with the hub and lighting node. 3 going in to the hub and the other 3 going in to the motherboard (4pin). They're all stuck at full speed and adjusting them in the bios isn't working. Any changes won't apply. Any ideas?

Tell us the mobo maker and exact model number so we can be sure of its abilities. I presume you are using these fans for case ventilation. So, exactly on WHICH mobo fan header(s) (4-pin) are you plugging in the fans? And how three of them?

Did you download and install iCUE? That app is required to configure the LIGHTS in these fans' frames. Control of the fan MOTORS is done by the mobo fan headers where you have them plugged in. If you never set up iCUE then those headers' operations will be adjusted in BIOS Setup or by a utility on your mobo's CD of tools. But if iCUE is running, it often will take over control of the mobo fan headers and you must use iCUE to make your settings for the fans, even though the fan MOTORS are NOT connected to the Corsair Lighting Node. So, how have you been trying to control the motors?
