[SOLVED] Corsair LL140 RGB lightning without Lightning Node Pro or Commander Pro

Do I need a Lightning Node Pro or Commander Pro, to light up / control the RGB light on my 3x LL140 fans or am I able to control it from my ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E motherboard in the Phanteks Evolv X case?

To control the RGB of Corsair LL-series fans, there are only 2 ways,
