As we all know that mixing RAM should be avoided when we want to enable multichannel configuration. However on Corsair's site I saw that they have written dual channel memory configuration for 1x8GB RAM Module which is weird. Does it implies that mixing RAM is allowed with Corsair memory? Here is one of the link-https://www.corsair.com/uk/en/Categories/Products/Memory/VENGEANCE%C2%AE-LPX-8GB-%281-x-8GB%29-DDR4-DRAM-2400MHz-C16-Memory-Kit---Red/p/CMK8GX4M1A2400C16R#tab-tech-specs

It implies nothing. They sell single sticks of most all of their memory products.

The same general rule holds that mixing sticks is at the user's luck, although the same sticks usually do work and many times you can get by with "other" sticks, but there is no guarantee of success unless you buy the memory as a kit.

But still they shouldn't have done it this way. It is really misleading. And the bad part is that I mixed RAM myself and it did not work well for me .
