From what I read these fans get up to 37db which is still relatively quiet. The db scale isn't linear.
Check it out on this scale: http://www.industrialnoisecontrol.com/comparative-noise-examples.htm
If you don't like those particular fans and want quieter fans, there are fans that produce 20db or less.

If you're going to be blunt, so will I.

These aren't the most quiet fans on the market. The ML drive reduces the bearing noise to almost nonexistent, not the fans slapping the air.
Look up quiet fans, or deal with the sound they make. You saw the specs and you could watch videos on line.
If you don't want to buy new fans, turn them down.

No one here can "make" the fans more quiet for you. Don't come here and be rude. They produce as...

just checked bios fan settings and they were already on PWM and reducing fan speed does not reduce the noise but when i set it to 100% speed they get extremely loud i want to be able to have quiet fans like corsair says they do but they are not quiet at all

just did use that software and now my fans are quiet but i can barely feel any air coming out of the rxhaust fan even on "Turbo" settings on the software but when i do it at max speed they get too loud

So the profiles are different curves for level of RPM in comparison to temps.
The higher the fan speed preset profile, the more aggressive it is (meaning the line is more vertical so it ramps up to full speed at a lower temp and much quicker)

Fans will make noise. The faster it spins the more noise it makes.

You can choose how much you want it to spin up at certain temps if you adjust the line in Xpert.
If you want cooling you need speed. If you want insanely quiet fans you need to look up specialized quiet fans and a case to boot.
ML fans are more of a jack of all trades. They're one of the most quiet fans for the amount of CFM it can move, and for being an LED fan. It's got a special engine on it so it doesn't have friction with brushes as it is really floating. It's good for Airflow or CFM.

the noise is becoming unbearable the Asus AI Suite was originally keeping the fans at low noise but there was barely any air getting in all i did was tune the fan to recommended setting by running a test and then it gets louder (not as loud as at its max but still at least 70% of the noise)

Either that or get a sound dampening case.
