Corsair mm200 question

Hi Guys, im looking at the corsair mm200 for My extended Mouse pad but i am afraid if the edges will be destroyed over long time, because they Are not stitched. So My question is, Are the edges gonna be destroyed after like a yeah of 4-12 hours of use a Day?

Depending on your orientation and extension of your wrist and your arm, no the mouse pad edges will not fray after 12 months of 4-12hours usage though if your mouse mat is going to be up top on your table top with your arm extended a little higher and at angle away from being parallel to ground level then the wrist's motion will cause it to fray at the edges.

This image should state how your mouse mat and your arm should be when computing.

You could also look into Ozone's Ground Level mouse mats and XFX's War pad if you're worried about the fraying. Don't bother with Razer's Goliathus they will fray no matter how you use them.
