Corsair, NZXT, Cool Master or Aerocool under budget pc case

Hey guys, im looking for a nice under budget pc case, with nice air flow and can hold these parts. My options are nzxt 210, corsair spec 01, cool master n400 windowed and aerocool strike x one. If possible can limit only within choices.

My parts are
I5 4690k
Gb z97x gaming 5
Msi gtx 960 gaming
m12ii 620 evo
Lucifer v2 cooler

What if i changed my cooler to cm hyper 212 x would it fit and would it have a better performance? Because the 300r is sold at 3900 php or $83. The spec 01 is at 2800 php or $60 and source 210 is at 2200 php or $47. Right now my budget is only around $65 or 3000 php.

Among those 3, only NZXT 210 fit. But only 1-2cm marginal space from side panel.
