New Egg placed the Corsair Performance 3 Series 128GB SSD on sale and I have been mulling over purchasing one. It wasn't the SSD I planned to go with but the sale is pretty good ($299.99 down to $169.99 with free S&H) which got me thinking it was worth the purchase.
However, after reading many reviews on New Egg and various other sites, it seems many people have experienced issues with the drive failing within 6 months. Upon further reading, it seems many SSD brands experience similar issues which made me think this just fell within the normal rate of defects.
I guess my question is, would you recommend the Corsair Performance 3 Series 128GB SSD if price weren't an issue? Is it comparable with the Crucial M4 and Corsair Force Series GT in terms of quality/longevity?
The rig I plan to build can be found at the following thread:

Thanks in advance.
