Question Corsair Peripherals turns on and off

My void wireless headset and my k95 keyboard rgb turns on and off every few seconds. My Corsair Headset stand, st100 is working fine, the rgb is still on during the others keep turning off and on. This is entirely new to me and I had these items for 3 months.

Did you contact Corsair support? Try to uninstall and re-install the Corsair software? Did you test the devices on another computer?
