Hello all,

I am looking to buy this PSU to power my new EVGA GTX 1080, but the dimensions listed have confused me. The dimensions are listed as 150mm x 86mm x 160mm but there is no information as to which number is which specific dimension. I presume 86mm is the height of the PSU, but I’m not sure if the 150mm corresponds to the width or the length. Could any one help me out on this? Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the specific PSU in question:

Thanks for reading!

Height: obvious.
Width: same as case width, from left to right if looking at the case from front or rear.
Depth: length of the psu from the back of the case towards the front.

ATX standards are 86mm tall, 150mm wide and 140mm long. Length can vary, some smaller wattage units are 140mm, but most larger than 750w tend to be anywhere from 150mm to 170mm.

Thanks for the quick reply. Just to clarify, so I know beyond all doubt, width is the same as length, height is obviously how tall, and depth is how far in to my computer case it goes?
