What is the difference between corsair enthusiasts power supply and normal one ?

Quality of the components used in building the power supply.

Enthusiast Series uses all Japanese 105°C rated electrolytic capacitors which leads to double the service life compared to budget entry level CX Builder Series that uses a mix of 85°C Japanese electrolytic cap(s) on the primary and cheap Taiwanese 105°C caps on the secondary or the VS Series that use all Taiwanese caps.
