Just finished a new build. i9-12900k, asus z690 maximus hero, asus rtx3080ti rog strix oc, 2 x 16gb ddr5 corsair dominator platinum, corsair H100i and 6 corsair ql120 fans (including the 2 on the H100i.
Everything is working in iCue, including the graphics card. However, ram does not appear with the other components. Therefore it just defaults to rainbow mode.
I had a virtually identical build before component wise but a couple years older...... i9-9900k, rtx 2080 ti, ddr4 corsair dominator, etc etc. all asus and corsair components. no issues there at all so I am wondering what the problem is. I have read that having another rgb controller running such as armory crate could cause this.... but why is everything else working properly?
