Corsair Rebate Questions

I recently bought a Corsair CX430w. When I bought it it had a $20 mail-in rebate. I received my the power supply today. One of the requirements was to have the "Original UPC". What is that. Could some one please tell me where I can find it. Is it the sticker on the back of the PSU case? Can some one help me?

I think the UPC is the barcode that it comes with. That's what I always send for my rebates.
