Question Corsair RGB fans not lighting up ?

Hey, I am in need of some help here. I just bought 2 LL140's and 1 LL120 fans from a friend and they are not working as they should be. Only one fan (LL140) is recognized in the ICUE software and the other two fans do not light up. The ll120 has one out of the 12 led's lit up but is frozen at a green colour. I switched out the fans from each rgb hub and testing each one in the commander pro but the results do not change. I have changed the commander pro to different sata power ports from my power supply but it still did not do anything. Are the fans broken or can this be fixed? Thanks.
