[SOLVED] Corsair rgb help!

HELP!!!!!
My husband has a gaming pc (MSI motherboard) I recently brought him a 3 pack of SP120 RGB Corsair fans, he has a lighting node, Corsair hub and a Corsair controller but we cannot get them to work.

He’s watched every YouTube video, instructions in the box and still nothing.

On each fan is 2 cables, 1 that goes into the node but the other cable a 3 pin cable he has nowhere to plug in.

Can you include the model for the MSI motherboard? Just for added measure, can you include images of how the fans and hubs are connected? You will need to host the images on Imgur and then parse the link in this thread for us to see.

If you have the lighting plugged into the hub then the others go to motherboard fan ports. you can tee 2 fans to 1 plug. If the Mb has no available plugs you may have to tee off an existing or use an adapter to connect to powersupply(fans run full speed with this option)
