Corsair RM 750

i want to buy a a gold rated PSU. my antec tp-750 is giving me random shutdowns during normal usage(internet browsing, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
is Corsair RM750 a good PSU ?

The RM isnt very good, but the newer RMx and the RMi are good units.
