Corsair RM550 fan?

Hello I got this psu for like a week now and i didn't see the fan turned on yet, i know it starts to spin at 40% load so...

Is there any program that can show me the RPM's and if it's spinning or not?

Most reviewer use a DVM to monitor voltages. Right now there isnt a way to review the voltages accurately (if you dont trust software) as these will only show what the PSU reports to the motherboard. I suggest downloading Prime 95 and putting your computer through a stress test. If your PSU's fans don't spin up under that test then either your PSU is waaaay too much for your computer computer or you have a problem.
