I recently built up a PC (aimed to be as quiet as possible)
i5-4690k + Thermalright macho 120 (already had it)
MSI Z97 Gaming 5
ASUS GTX 960 4GB
8 GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz CL9 dual channel
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
Corsair RM550
Zalman Z9 Plus

I noticed that whenever I move my mouse the PSU makes a squeaking and electrical noise, the same noise comes from motherboard near CPU socket area (I am sure it comes from PSU and mobo at the same time I move the mouse on desktop or wherever. (the electrical noise is constant but need to put the ear very close to actually hear it). I took the PSU off the case to confirm that. PSU also makes an electrical noise but it is very hard to hear unless I put my ear close to it.

I RMAed it and new RM550 arrived yesterday, unfortunately exactly the same noise. It can't be coil whine as the coils are glued.

I also have a problem with my GTX 960 that makes a buzzing noise under load and the coils whine when getting about 100fps, it is even worse when getting 300fps in CS:GO for example. I thought it is just defective so sent it back for replacement which also arrived yesterday, unfortunately it makes exactly the same noise so I am wondering if the PSU can make GPU coil whine and buzzing.

Before I had ASRock Z97x Fatal1ty Killer mobo where I also heard a squeaking and electrical noise near CPU area (had RM550 as well) so It can't be a mobo's fault.

I am thinking of replacing the PSU to XFX XTR 550 or any Seasonic.

Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!

It is not spining, because my system can't even get to 40% of PSU load which is about 240W. PSU is cool when I touch it.

Do you suggest/recommend any excellent PSU that will stop making the weird noises to my PC especially GPU.
