Corsair RM650 fan not running

hi, in the signature you should be able to see my pc build. So, is it normal that while playing project cars the psu fan doens't spin? I mean what does it take to make it spin? I have it since a few months, the psu.

Zero RPM Fan Mode

yes i read that. but i though that running a gtx 770 in a video game was more the "medium". I mean what would be a high load scenery?
