Corsair RM650i vs Seasonic G-650 vs Seasonic X-650

Hi, I'm trying to choose between these 3 power supplies:

Corsair RM650i
Seasonic G-650
Seasonic X-650

Differences I know of so far:
- Seasonic G is semi-modular, Corsair and Seasonic X are fully modular. Really not important since I will be using the 3 fixed cables from the semi-modular kit anyway
- Corsair and Seasonic X have Japanese capacitors, don't know about G series
- Corsair brags about RM/RMi series as being really silent
- Corsair has the Corsair Link software, which I don't care much about

I understand a lot of people prefer Seasonic over Corsair.
Noise level is somehow important to me so the Corsair still looks interesting. Is it really that quieter that the Seasonic? Is it "by desing" silent or is it all in the fanless and low speed mode on low PSU load? I see Seasonic X series also has a hybrid fanless mode... are they comparable?

Also if I rule out the Corsair, how about the G vs X series comparison.
Nevermind the semi/full modular part... is the X series any better or more silent than the G series?

Before someone says "they are all fine, get the cheapest one", the price difference is around 15$, so not really important

like both brands, but leaning a little more for seasonic since they make it themselves, they know what they're doing, they even make some for corsair

I agree. I prefer Seasonic. I personally have one and don't get me wrong the Corsair PSU's perform well but the little nice surprises come with the Seasonic such as a screwdriver, zip and velcro cable ties. ETC

How about the sound level? Is Corsair more silent then Seasonic?

I have found these two tests, but since they weren't taken in the same condition, I don't believe they are comparable.

Based on this Seasonic has max sound level of 32 dbA, while the Corsair has only 21 dbA. But again, since they weren't tested under the same conditions, I don't believe the numbers matter much.

Yes, RMi is more silent then seasonic one, tomshardware did a review of RM750i and it is the most silent 750w psu they've ever tested

semi passive mode lasts a bit longer and it is much quieter at higher loads.
Only reason people favors seasonic is because they are comparing seasonic vs cwt as a manufacturer, and cwt has made mediocre psu, but this one is equally as good compared to x650 so that's irrelevant.

not to mention warranty (again not saying that corsair is bad, they are good almost all the time)
you won't give a warranty of 5/7 years if you're not confident of the quality

Ill go with the Corsair in the end.
More silent and 7 years warranty on RMi while Seasonic has 5.
I guess I can't go much wrong between the two anyway.
