Corsair RM750 fan doesn't spin

Hello,
I have a Corsair RM750 Power supply. When the PC turn on the fan does not spin.
I know some PSUs are designed to only turn on the fan when needed, but I believe the fan should at least turn for 2 seconds when the PC turn on, while my fan doesn't turn on at all. The PC boots normally without a problem.

I just want to make sure this is normal or not. I didn't want to leave it running for long to avoid power issues in case this is not normal.
