[SOLVED] Corsair RM750x 750W

My motherboard supports an 8pin and a 4pin for the power to the cpu.
However it seems like my power supply only has 4+4 pin, is there anything I can do with this PSU to use all pins the motherboard supports?
Or do I need a new PSU?

I found the answer, I can just get another EPS cable, since I have 3 spots for cpu/pcie and im only using two right now.

The Rm750x comes with 2 EPS cables, unless you lost one of them.

It only came with one it says on the receipt, it was bought in january 2018

Your receipt says what cables the PSU came with?

RM750x comes with two EPS12V.

But.. You probably only need one. What CPU are you using? Threadripper? Core i9 Extreme? Xeon Platinum?

got a i9 9900k, and want to overclock.. running a full custom loop in my system also.

Well, if your PSU was missing the second EPS12V cable, buying a spare shouldn't be too hard.

Lots of people think they need both 8-pins even though they're only using a 65W CPU w/o OC.
