Im having a nice coil whine with that combination.
I know that some coil whine is expected at high fps, but this one sound even at 60 fps in some games.
for example, rust at 60 fps is audible, with no vsync is awfull, you can hear it trough the case.

I was reading about it and don know wich one is causing the noise.
Some people blame the psu, other blame the gpu.

What do you think?

When a power supply has coil whine, usually something is not right and it needs to be checked.

When a graphics card has coil whine, that means it's working hard, and working as intended. I'd be more worried if you put your card through 100% torture loads and didn't get even a little whine. It's just how those VRM's work.

Side note, I have yet to find a GPU with worse coil whine than the reference HD7950/7970 PCB's. They were so loud during benchmarking, I could hear them while I was standing outside my house. The day I popped a VRM, the coil whine went away. Oops.
