Hello,

I want to buy a new psu since mine is literally a jet engine and i cant take it anymore.
As the title says i want to decide between these two, which one should i choose?

I prefer a realy quiet one and dont realy care too much about power/efficiency.

Solution
€130 can get you Seasonic PRIME 650 80+ Platinum,
specs: https://seasonic.com/prime-platinum
review: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=514
pcpp: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/pHFXsY/seasonic-prime-platinum-650w-80-platinum-certified-fully-modular-atx-power-supply-ssr-650pd

Like the PRIME 80+ Titanium series, the PRIME 80+ Platinum series also has LAMBDA A++ certification which means that the PSU's noise output falls between 10 dB(A) and 15 dB(A). You won't get so quiet operation with Be Quiet! or Corsair. Be Quiet! unit, produces on average 34 dB(A) and Corsair unit produces on average 30.91 dB(A).
Here's 2nd review of RM750x where noise is also tested...

thanks for the answers guys,
I have a 6700k, gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb crucial ram, 1ssd +2t of hdd, and an EXTREMELY loud EVGA supernova nex650G( seriously it feels like i have a jet engine there).
And yes i did test all other parts and the psu is giving away the most noise, also to mention, ALL my fans are Noctua ULN + i have a noctua nh15ds cpu cooler.

So for the wattage, i dont realy need more than 550w but ive read in many reviews that the 750w corsair is the most quiet one.
I guess im going for the corsair one? its only a little more expensive that the straight power 11.

The most silent PSU is the fanless one. E.g Seasonic PRIME 600 80+ Titanium Fanless,
specs: https://seasonic.com/prime-titanium-fanless

But if you want to have a fan inside the PSU then Seasonic PRIME 650 80+ Titanium is 2nd best noise wise since it's dead silent, even under worst loads. Also, it's the best 650W PSU money can buy at current date,
specs: https://seasonic.com/prime-titanium
review: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/seasonic-prime-titanium-650w-psu,4690.html

With Seasonic PRIME 80+ Titanium series, you'll get the highest efficiency (94%), tightest voltage regulation (0.5%), longest hold-up time (30ms), lowest ripple noise (20mV) and longest warranty (12 years) there is. Fully modular cables and toggle-able Premium Hybrid fan control too.

My Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig) is also powered by PRIME 650 80+ Titanium PSU and i can personally vouch for how quiet it is.

thanks for that seasonic option but i want to spend max 130euros on a psu(and i consider that alot already)
Im realy leaning towards to bequiet cuz its german with a renewd version of straight power 10 but then again i hear alot of good stuff from this corsair rm750x, they cost about the same

I realy dont know :D...

well ive got the corsair rmx 750 and have never heard or seen the fan spin up, so always silent, i'd definitely recommend it. Just my 2 cents worth, but as Aeacus says maybe the seasonic is just as good or better, maybe the extra 100w might come in handy later for upgrades?
I'm sure you'll be happy with either.

The Seasonic Prime Platinum isn’t Quiet at all. And Aeacus, I’d do some research before making claims on Cybenetics badges, the Prime platinum series is found to be ranging from Lambda S to Lambda S++, while the ultra prime platinum are only A-. A Corsair RMX is quieter.

If you have a single GPU system, it won’t need close to 750w. It would likely only need 550w.

A Seasonic Prime Platinum produces 20 - 25dBA at load https://www.cybenetics.com/d/cybenetics_7zb.pdf , while the Corsair rm650x v2 produces 10 - 15dBA: https://www.cybenetics.com/d/cybenetics_f2m.pdf , and the Seasonic Prime Titanium 650 produces 17 - 25dBA. https://www.cybenetics.com/d/cybenetics_ZfJ.pdf .

I’d just go for the Corsair RMX.

I checked the Seasonic specs page where LAMBDA A++ badge is presented,

I didn't think that info there would be wrong, hence why i didn't investigate further about Cybernetics LAMBDA results on this PSU.
