Question Corsair SF-450 or Corsair SF-600?

Which of the above PSUs do I really need for an MITX build using an I7-4790k O.C.'d to 4.8 GHz and a Gigabyte GTX 1070 Mini?

I believe the SF-600 is a bit more than I need and that the SF-450 might be just enough.

Your opinions and recommendations, please?
