What is the difference between these 2 fans?

the first one is a "quiet" fan (for case ventilation), the second is a high pressure fan (for rads mostly)

Im assuming this is the same one, just a single pack. Would it be better than the fan that comes with the cooler master hyper 212 evo? I am also assuming I can install this fan onto the cooler.

if you're looking for a fan for a hyper evo i suggest you look into a gentle typhoon if you want serious airflow, and a noctua if you want silence.

Is their a cpu cooler fan you would recommend? I won't be overclocking too much so would probably choice a quiet fan to a faster fan. And case fans?

noctuas are widely regarded as the "best" all around silent fans because unlike most silent pc fans they tend to move a respectable amount of air, making them acceptable (not amazing) for heatsinks and radiators too.

Of course you do pay for that quality as they are quite expensive as fans are considered. I personally have a few noctuas and i love em. So i don't think you'll go wrong with them.

scythe gentle typhoons are some of the best radiator/heatsink fans for high performance airflow. Of course they're hard to find too.

you can't really find a bad noctua, generally just grab one the size you need and you're good to go.

if you want an LED fan, the best are probably the SilentX LED fans... that said, the best LED fan is quite a far step away from a good gentle typhoon or noctua, so while they're alright, don't expect miracles.

Just one final question, do you know if the stock fans you get with the corsair graphite 600t white are any good?

you can use them for both... though they make ideal rad fans because of the high static pressure they create.
