Although I would generally recommend the Silent Wings 2 (or the newly released 3 series), I think that I would probably pick the Corsair SP120 fans (out of these two) when used with a radiator. These are static pressure fans, while the be quiet! ones are used for higher airflow. You usually want static pressure on radiators.
Another very good option for radiators would be the Noctua NF-F12.
If I was to replace my 140mm case stock fans, would you recommend the Corsair 140mm Airflow fans or the SilentWings 140mm fans ?
What are the stock fans?
I haven't used Corsair AF series fans very often. Personally, I would always prefer be quiet! Silent Wings 2/3 or Noctua NF-S12A fans.
I'm using the stock fans from the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe, a rear 140mm and a front 200mm, I might change the rear and the front 200mm for two 140mm, I'm not a fan of the poop bron Noctua color, so I might be interested in the Silent Wings, have you tried the Silent Wings and how do they perform in scene of air flow/noise.
