I have multiple Corsair 90gb/120gb/240gb SSDs that won't show up on my PC. I have one working one and it did show up and I was able to reformat it. The SSDs won't show up in Device Manager nor in Disk Management. I tried different Sata Cables/Power cables and they don't work. They could all be dead, but I took the casing off one of them and the power LED on the inside lights up when the PC is powered on. I'm testing these on my Bench Tester and I can't verify these in Bios because for some reason I can't get into Bios, so I wanted to see if anyone had any idea on how to get these SSDs up and running again.

If the SSD's themselves aren't shown in BIOS's boot order/bootable devices then the drives themselves have been compromised. Speaking of compromised if you're made sure that the data cables aren't the issue, have you made sure the SSD's are receiving the necessary power? Often times there are instances where a bad power cable has caused this issue while the port you're trying to connect it off of may also be faulty.

Speaking of which, mind sharing your full system's specs? List them as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

It'd offer us more insight if we knew if the board's BIOS is up to date+the models for your Corsair SSD's.

CPU: i5 6600k
Motherboard: MSI B150M Gaming Pro
Ram: 8gb 1 stick Crucial
SSD/HDD: Boot drive is Hitachi 320gb with windows 10. The SSD's I'm trying to see as another HD are Corsair Force GT 90gb/120gb/240gb.
GPU: On board Graphics
PSU: Lepa 500W
OS: Windows 10

I've tried switching sata cables and ports and still have the same issue, I've made sure the cables/ports work with another corsair SSD.
