Corsair TX750M or PC Power MK III

My PSU blew out and I'm looking at replacing it with a better brand. I'm choosing between a Corsair TX750M or PC Power & Cooling Silencer MK III 600W.

The Corsair is $100 and the Silencer MK III is $90 after $10 MIR. Which one of these is better?

just as good parts, and u get a videocard

this system is solid i recommand urs was good but dint have a videocard and u dont need a 3770 if ur overclocking the 3570k

also the antec h20 is good enought no need for more than that.

I already have the system, my PSU just blew out and I'm gonna replace it with a different brand and RMA the current one and have it on hand as backup. I don't have a graphics card yet cuz I was gonna see if they were gonna go on sale at all after xmas but they didn't so now I'm just gonna make sure that the PSU didn't take anything else out with it then get a graphics card. Just need opinions on whether to get the Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, or the Seasonic PSU.

oh i talt u dint do the system yet, the pc power and cooling is of better build quality imo, or the seasonic but prob cheaper to get the pc power and cooling, id go with that.

Seasonic is actually the same price but don't need to mess with mail in rebate, so I think I'm leaning towards that one.
