Question Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz Ram Underperforming

I put together a pc with used parts, here are the exact components:


ROG Crosshair IV Formula
Phenom II x6 1090T black edition @ 4ghz
Corsair Vengeance Lp 1600 16go
Gigabyte r9 280x
Cooler Master 212 evo
Seasonic 650w psu

I ran a userbenchmark test and it says my ram is performing way below average.
I set the timings right I believe, so I don't understand where the issue could come from.

IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU COULD SHOW THE BENCHMARK TEST RESULTS.

I'll do it when I get home! From what I remember, cpu and gpu were in the 9xth percentile and ssd was performing well too. Only the ram was causing issues.

You would better run benchmark without Overclocking your cpu.
Secondly you can oc it. Then compare the results.

Apparently sometimes we may need to reinstall windows because of lacking network that causes windows gets malfunction .
