Hey guys, I'm planning to build my first PC, and I just need some help deciding on which RAM I should have.

Here is my current build:
Intel Core i5 4670k Quad Core LGA 1150 3.4GHz

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler

MSI Z87-G45 GAMING LGA 1150 Motherboard

Samsung 840 EVO Series 120GB 2.5" SATA3 Solid State Drive

Seagate 3TB Barracuda 3.5” 7200RPM SATA3 Hard Drive - ST3000DM001

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 780 3GB Overclock Video Card

Zalman Z11 Plus High Performance Gaming Mid Tower Case (7 Fans total)

Zalman 700W PSU ZM-700SV - 80 Plus Silver

Now, the main question is, which one of these two RAMs should I get.

Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866 MHZ
(I found a shop that sells this for $110, it's $213 on Amazon)

or
