The latest version of this 5600 speed memory that was released in September 2022 is Z36 vs C36. Can anyone highlight the specific differences?

From looking it seems the C36 is aimed at Intel systems and the Z36 for AMD

Has EXPO memory profiles instead of XMP. New thing for AMD to make things more confusing.

Edit it could actually have both not sure.
