Hi, i'm planning to build a silent pc that consumes very little power (~200W), and i saw that the Vengeance 650M psu has a zero rpm mode, would this be a good buy or should i get a TX650M? (slightly more expansive and doesn't have a zero rpm mode)

EDIT: This is the 80 Plus silver model, not the bronze one

The TXM isn't silent. Multiple ppl have claimed the fan is somewhat loud compared to other psus.

Warranty is only valid if the psu fails. I've got a Seasonic M12-II 520w, the Semi-Modular version that was out for several years before being upgraded to the fully modular version. It's 7 years old and still runs flawlessly. It came with a 3 year warranty. Warranty is important, it generally shows how much faith the manufacturer/vendor has in its psu, but you are planning on using a 650w good psu on a 200w pc. You won't even be stressing the psu in the slightest. Under those conditions, barring catastrophic failure, the psu will last long after the psu has run out of warranty.
