Corsair Vengeance 650M or Be quiet Pure Power 9

As the title goes what would be better and why ?
The rest of the system
CPU: AMD FX 8350 ( chosen for personal reasons i know an i5 6600k would have been better )
CPU Cooler : Hyper 212 EVO LED
GPU: Asus STRIX RX 480
MOBO: Asus 970 Gaming/Aura
RAM : 16GB G.Skill RipJawsX 2133
HDD : WD Blue 1TB
SSD: 275GB Crucial MX300

OR if u have some other suggestion for under 80 ( MAX 85 euros ) i will be buying the PSU from mindfactory.de so you can look there/

I believe Corsair Vengeance 650M has way better build quality

The BeQuiet PurePower 9 is made by FSP and based on the old Raider platform. The Corsair Vengeance is a much better unit. Reviews for each.

in the tier list here on TH i see low end corsairs as tier 4 PSUs thats why i asked

Never expected that but it looks pretty good i do know most people here hate Corsairs low end PSUs

Those are the old CX and VS series. Corsair has already done a refresh of both. The Vengeance is a newer line and is based on the CX refresh I believe.
