Dual channel does reportedly give a little performance advantage, so I would go with the 2 x 4 GB kit from Kingston.

Why is ddr3 1866 slower than the ddr3 1600 duel channel?

well for starters dual channel would be prefferable diff being like a 1 lane highway verses a 2 lane highway so to speak tight latency like 9 is nice here are some options
