[SOLVED] CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 64GB (2 x 32GB) vs G.SKILL Trident Z Neo Series 64GB (2 x 32GB)

I purchased, received, but have not yet opened the Corsair 64GB kit in a Ryzen 9 3900X build. Now after watching Wendell's recent TR 3970X build, I wonder if I should have opted for the Trident Z Neo kit instead. This build will be for content creation. Should I exchange the Corsair for the Neo's? What I've always liked about the LPX's is that they are low profile, and don't have RGB. However, I wonder if I've purchased the less superior kit. Opinions?

The specs of the ram are both the same. Unless you plan to overclock them or something, don't be swayed by fancy videos with sponsored products.
SamirD I plan to enable XMP, and set 3600 MHz. At some point I may tighten up the timings and benchmark to verify that it's stable. It'll initially be for the R9 3900X build, but I "might" move it to TR 3960X or future 4960X and add a second kit to bring capacity up to 128GB.
So you're basically running them stock. Adding a second kit may not work if 2x kits running as 4x modules isn't on your motherboard qvl. In fact, this may be the determining factor if you plan to upgrade like this.
