My ram is stuck running at 2133Mhz. I have it installed on an Asus ROG Strix B350-F. I tried running the D.O.C.P profile through EZ Mode but my system would not boot. I also tried manually setting the speed to 3000Mhz, but could not get the system to boot on any other speed other than 2133Mhz. BIOS and windows are up to date.

Specs:
MoBo Asus Strix B350-F
Ryzen 5 1600
MSI GTX 1070 TI Titanium
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHZ C15 (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15B)

Solution
Although that particular kit (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15B) is not listed as having been tested in conjunction with your MB variant, they should work at their rated SPD.

As they are considered OC RAM, (OC RAM will default to 2133MHz) then you will have to manually (not in EZ mode) set your primary Timings and voltage in Bios (Advanced mode)> (DRAM Timing Control)
It is also recommended to update your Bios to latest version.
