Corsair Vengeance not lighting up

I recently built a computer that has RGB everything, because I had a theme of red and black. Recently I was looking down at my computer and saw that the Corsair Vengeance DDR4 Ram Red LED's weren't lighting up. My computer is functioning normally like how it should. The Ram sticks aren't lighting up as they are supposed to.

MOBO: Asus Maximus IX Hero
CPU: Intel i7 7700k
GPU: Asus Strix 1070
Ram: Corsair Vengeance (2x8GB) Red LED

You did install the corsair software to attempt to change the settings on it right?

Corsair link is what I'm referring to.

I downloaded corsair link, but didn't see anything that controlled the LED's

Something to note is those particular ones, from what I see, are not RGB. You should be able to see something in there but not change the color. If they're not lighting up no matter what, they're probably defunct.

They work for a moment when I power my pc on but when It's powered on they shut off

I have the exact same issue, comes on for a couple seconds and as soon as i get to the login screen LEDs turn off system still sees all memory dimms installed

I called corsair support a while back, and they said that it was still in there "beta stages" with sending out the program that maintains the lighting. Since they finished that I can now control the lighting on them.
