Yes you most likely will be able to hit those speeds. You may need to relax the timings however and raise the voltages a bit. Try setting the DRAM voltage to 1.65v and raising the memory frequency. If that doesnt work or is not stable you will need to adjust the timings abit. If you are running the 1600C9 kit try loosening it to CAS 10.

Though my motherboard supports RAM up to 1866mhz and can OC to that speed though it isn't capable of using RAM at a frequency of 2133mhz so i should try to OC the RAM.
