Hello can i use corsair vengeance
8gb cmk16gx4m2z3200c16 with
8gb cmk16gx4m2b3200c16 in intel system ? Ty

Well in theory yes, but mixing ram from different kits can give issues. To really know can you only try. Would myself at least keep each kit in it's own channel, so next to each other. Don't know if that really helps, but always hope so.

What cpu and motherboard?

I've used both of those kits (but not together/at the same time) in intel rigs nottaproblemo

Yes,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

cmk16gx4m2z3200c16 Corsair vengeance 16gb I had this ram in it as I bought the system but I can't find exactly same, also I the version is important ? As mine are ver 4.31 I can only found same ram just the ver is different like 4.32 some others but not 4.31 sorry for noob questions

Think memory controller of the 12700K should be good enough, at that point you can only try, should work fine, but might give issues, in that case could even some play with voltages make things stable.
