Will the 16gb (dual) ddr4 3000 Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (CMW16GX4M2C3000C15) be compatible with Ryzen 5 2600 and MSI B350m bazooka?

At that frequency all are compatible, just check if BIOS is compatible with second gen Ryzen.

So if my b350m can support ryzen 5 2600, all 3 parts would be compatible with each other?

Yes sir. Second gen Ryzens are compatible with higher speed RAM.
