Corsair Vengeance running PC3-10700 (667MHz) instead of PC3-12800

Here says PC3-12800,

The SPD tab just lists the profiles stored on the memory module, not what it's actually running. You need to look at the memory tab for that. It should say 800 MHz there, because that's equivalent to 1600 MT/s with the Double Data Rate of DDR3 memory.

How ever, how would I know the Corsair is running with PC3-12800 bandwidth, while SPD says PC3-10700

If it's running 800 MHz, then it's running at a bandwidth of 12800 MB/s (per channel).
