which one is better they both are around £70 both of them are 2133 2x4gb 8gb
and is it good idea to get 1x8gb and addone latter

if u use more slots do u get less performance

CAS: The CAS latency is the delay between the time at which the column address and the column address strobe signal are presented to the memory module and the time at which the corresponding data is made available by the memory module.

So a lower CAS # the faster it will work, that being said I would recommend these for you.

thank you for your answer if possiable can u help me a little more,
i cant decide between gtx 970 msi vs gigbyte , i am not going to overclok it , might do it in few 1-2 years . so i want which will work well now.
and if u chose gigabyte one then can u recommend a case with good airflow around £30 to £40
even if u chose msi can u recommend a normal case with airflow
 
this would be my choice out off them

30-40 going out on a limb and say pounds? should be around $60 us dollars
