G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16GB (2x 8GB) 3000MHz DDR4
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (2x 8GB) 3200MHz
HyperX Predator RGB 16GB (2x 8GB) 3000MHz
These are the 3 that I've been looking at they're all roughly £115

These are the best combination of high quality with decent performance and speed at a reasonably low price

These will work better though if you want to get the best performance out of your CPU and probably not have to do much or any messing with the timings other than setting the XMP or DOCP profile.

and these would work if you are really on a budget, but you may have to tweak some memory settings, possible, to get them to play nice with that platform. And then you may not.

I have those G.SKILL TridentZ RGB F4-3200C16D-16GTZR (Hynix A die) on my ROG Strix B450-F with a Ryzen 5 2600 and they work very well.
I have them OC'd to 3400 MHz and my CPU at 3.9 GHz and it is all stable.
And they also ran perfectly at 3200 MHZ by just choosing the 3200 MHZ DOCP profile.

The G.SKILL TridentZ RGB F4-3200C14D-16GTZRX (or F4-3200C14D-16GTZR) use Samsung B-die chips so they OC even better BUT cost quite a bit more.
