Question Corsair Vengeance vs ?

Hello everyone.

So i'm going to upgrade my RAM and Storage in my build. to be able to stream - I will change my motherboard and CPU later this year.

I was thinking of buying: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3200 C16 BK DC - 16GB - would that be the best option for me? or do you have something else in mind, please explain why if you have.

I was also wondering what the "Dual channel, triple channel, quad channel" means and what would be the most effektive? What would be the best option for now but also when i upgrade my CPU and Motherboard in the near future.

CPU - Intel Core i5 4430 @ 3.00GHz Haswell 22nm Technology

RAM - 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

Your motherboard doesn't support DDR4.
Is the new RAM for the new CPU and motherboard? Most people build a PC around a CPU, GPU and motherboard, not around specific RAM.

I see your point amd thank god you you saw that.

I head that the new ryzen gen. Will come in july, should i wait with all the upgrades or could i get a new motherboard, ram and storage?

Sorry for the delay, I didn't notice your reply. There will always be new stuff on the horizon. If you need it now, buy it now, else I would wait.
