Corsair void wireless no sound

Hello, i recently got the corsair void wireless and everything is running on it except i get no sound coming out of it. Any help to finding out the solution the problem is greatly appreciated. Thanks again, bye

Have you followed through with the installation of your headset via the included manual? Is your device paired with the receiver?

Have you installed the latest chipset drivers for your system and that installation of your headset in your OS went accordingly? Can you please pass on your full systems specs including your OS?
