Just installed the new gpu and psu but i have two probs so the psu main cable that is connected to the mobo 24 pin i think is going thru my 2 ram sticks is this bad? should i remove it or something and the psu is strange it have a 160mm fan that is sucking the hot air and throwing it out the case thru vents but those vents are too hot is this normal? I never had a powerful machine and i didn't suffer heating so i wish to know

The vents shouldn't be that hot , just remember that is a budget power supply.

It's less than 80+ bronze, meaning that it is not very efficient, this creates the heat that you'll be feeling out the back of the PSU. A solution would be to have the PSU turned the other way and have it pulling air from outside your case, assuming it is bottom mounted.

Well it's sucking the hot air from your case and dumping it right on the components, it shouldn't do any long term damage but your PSU may perform less efficiently after a while.

no the psu fan is in the case and sucking the air not trowing it at the gpu and cpu

The VS series is not very good, but it's cheap and better than the alternatives. It isn't sold in countries like the US or UK unless part of a build/bundle.
