Hi guys should I get the phantek enthoo pro full tower for my system or the corsair spec series? The corsair spec series is around $40 to $60 while phantek is $90-$100 I wanted to get a better airflow case because my original hp case is small and the the wires all top of the my msi gtx 970 gaming edition which is pretty huge. I am able to fit everything of course and I have been using this hp case with the gtx 970 for around a year or so. But now I want to add a new ssd for my os and another 4tb hard drive along side with two 2tb hard drives that I already have. Sadly there is no space for another hard drive or ssd unless i use the dvd drive bays which I have two of them. Either way I would like to spend less possible but I also dont want money to get in the way of getting the right and awesome case. I definitely dont want to spend more than $100 on case and prefer spending less. Also do I even need a really good case? If I get the Phanteks I feel like its a overkill for my system but I dont want to cheap out and regret buying a cheaper case and find out I still want to upgrade or any other stuff. I sort of want to future proof things also.
Here's my specs:
I got my PC from HP.
My PC is called HP ENVY h8-1437c
This is my Computer Specs that I have right now in my PC:
Windows 10 Home (64bit)
GPU(graphic card): MSI Nvidia GTX 970 4G Gaming Edition
CPU: Intel core I5-3470 3.20 GHz 4 Cores
12GB of memory
Power Supply:Crosair cx 600
Resolution:1920x1080
2x 2TB hard drive

In my opinion 500GB is overkill unless you are handling lots of files for work and need to read/write to them quickly. I have 250GB and I have my OS, all programs and a few games and there is still loads of room. However, some people may not be as tidy as me and will need the 500GB.
The Phanteks Enthoo Pro is a great case but it is a monster. I just got one myself and was surprised at the size of it. On a personal note, I would not get this case unless you are intending on pimping it out.

I reckon you would be better served with a smaller mid tower case. Looking at your specs I notice that you have a budget PSU which could cause you problems in the future. For that reason here is a case and PSU that will suit your needs and come in on budget:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair RMx 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $99.98
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

The fact the PSU is modular will also help with your air flow as you will get better cable management.

what do you mean by pimping it out and also I dont need another power at the moment, if I need it I will buy it when I need to. Plus I already bought a 600 watt evga power supply for $32 including tax from bestbuy and I installed it temporarily in my second pc which is a old hp pc that i got from my friend for $15 cuz it wasnt working but i fixed it. I got a gtx 660ti for$10 that doesn't work and when I get my thermal paste from ebay which is $1 I am gonna try to oven the gtx 660ti to fix it hopefully it works. Also I really want to future proof it since money isn't really the big issue for me at the moment. so should I really not get the Phanteks?

The Corsair PSU you are using is a tier 4 from this list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

By using such a poorly built PSU you are putting your other components at risk. Most people who offer advise on these forums will say what I have just said and that is you should strongly consider getting a new power supply.

Back to the phanteks case, while I fully acknowledge that this is a great case, I would only recommend it if you are intending on doing liquid cooling and you need lots of places to fit radiators or you are going to fill all the drive bays or use an E-ATX motherboard and 2-3 ways crossfire/SLI. In terms of size it is a monster of a case.

well thanks for your advice about the psu but i am planning on building my ultimate dream and vr ready pc once I get my after school job. For that PC I most likely get the top of the line PSU and other parts. Also for this time I am need of more hard drive bays that's one of the main reason I want to get a good case with more bays and with that a better airflow. BTW what ssd do you recomend for my usage?

Btw for video editing Which ssd would be best in the 480-512gb area and also with my usage that I have listed? I want to start again with my YouTube channel.
