I had bought a custom built PC in March last year but I ignorantly got a local Zebronics 450W SMPS. Last Sunday the fan started making a lot of noise. I took it to a technician who blowed the dust out of the SMPS. After that the fan didn't make any noise till yesterday. I know that using local SMPS can be dangerous so I am considering buying a new SMPS.

My build:
Intel Core i3-4130
Gigabyte H81M-S1 (Micro-ATX)
Simmtronics 4 GB RAM (single stick)
Seagate Barcuda 7200RPM 500 GB HDD
Two 120 mm fans
LG DVD drive
Zebronics NICE cabinet

I am considering either Corsair VS350 (2100 INR) or VS450 (2600 INR). I think VS 350 will be enough for my current needs. In fact 450W SMPS will be waste as I don't plan to buy a GPU.

P.S. I urgently need to fix this so don't have time to buy online. Will get it from local shop.

I am from India.

not true, I had a zebronics for over a year and I had some pretty expensive hardware working perfectly; I think what you have is better than VS series

the neo eco from antec gets good reviews
