Corsair VS450 good for a gaming pc?

I'm planning to change the power supply of my pc because i bought a hd 7770. I want to know if the Vs450 is good enough to handle it and will not die because when i went to corsair's website it
says that "80 plus not applicable"

I recommend the Corsair CX 650 watt at the very least to ensure quality.
